Tournament Registration  
 

Tournament notices and sign-up sheets will be posted in the golf shop at least two weeks prior to each event.  Sign-up for tournaments is your responsibility.

 Pace of Play:  

           To ensure the timely completion of a round of golf, the following guidelines will be enforced. 
               -          The standard time for a round of golf should be between 3 ½ and 4 ½ hours regardless of
           group size and based on a full tee sheet and normal play. 
               -          At any time, a group who has open holes in front should always allow faster players to
           play through.  

Golf Course Care:   
 

To ensure that the golf course is always in great shape we need your help to maintain it. 

-          Replace all fairway and rough divots.  Sand is available on each cart. 

-          On the green, repair your ball mark plus one other. 

-          Refrain from practice swings on the greens that create divots. 

-          Enter sand bunkers from the low side. Rake and smooth thoroughly after your shot. 

-          Observe all roped and cart restricted areas.  

Golf Carts  
 

-          Golf Carts are mandatory on weekends and holidays during the first shift. 

-          Licensed drivers only may drive carts. 

-          No more than two riders per cart.  No riding on back of cart. 

-          Cart Path signs must be adhered to at all times. 

-          Use 90-degree rule when possible to protect course. 

-          Pull Carts on not allowed at any time.  

Dress Code:  
 

The following guidelines apply to both the course and practice area. 

-          Golf attire is required for both men and women. 

-          No athletic shorts, cut-off shorts or swim wear allowed. 

-          All clothing should be free from holes and/or tears.

 Tee Time Procedures     

-          All members and their guests are required to register in the golf shop prior to teeing off and sign for all fees or pay cash. Tee times are always requested and required for play on most days  

-          Weekdays: You may make weekday tee times two days in advance beginning at 7:00 a.m. by calling the Pro Shop at 972-647-0116.  Tee Times during the week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) begin at 7:30 a.m. and run every nine minutes on #1 tee only.  

-          Weekends and Holidays: You may make Saturday tee times on the preceding Thursday beginning at 7:30 a.m. by calling the Pro Shop at  

972-647-0114 (Club Number) only.  You may make Sunday tee times on the preceding Thursday beginning at 8:00 a.m. by calling the Pro Shop at  

972-647-0114 (Club Number) only.  

-          Tee times on Saturday and Sunday are in shifts off #1 and #10 tees as follows:  

First Shift – 7:30 a.m. till 9:06 a.m.  

Second Shift – 11:45 a.m. till 1:21 p.m. 

Third Shift – 3:45 p.m. till dark
