Great Southwest Golf Club is an 18-hole, private golf club located in Grand Prairie, Texas.  We were founded in 1964, when Byron Nelson and Ralph Plummer set out to sculpt a track that would consistently provide challenge and enjoyment for golfers of all skill levels.

Members of Great Southwest Golf Club enjoy this historic Texas golf course with Tif 419 Bermuda fairways, Champions Bermuda greens, and enough water hazards and sand bunkers to challenge even the best golfers.  Members also enjoy practice facilities including a full driving range, vast putting green, and a chipping green with sand bunker.

While the golf courses, practice facility, and Clubhouse provide an ideal backdrop for golfers to congregate, the Club is really all about the Members.  It’s about fellowship, community, family, fun, good times, and of course the love of the game.  Golf and Social member events fill the calendar throughout the year and provide an array of formats for members to enjoy themselves.
